At Skin Society, we want you to love your glow; if a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. We accept returns on all unopened items and offer store credit for gently used products to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Skin Society account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and protective seals are intact where possible to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
